Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

 

Cancellation policy/right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The only exceptions to the right of withdrawal are products and variants that are individually manufactured upon request, such as a cover embroidered with a name, a color combination or size that is not offered in our shop.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at Revoke contract. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the declaration of revocation as well as the date and time of its receipt.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
