Shipping is free of charge within the EU.

Delivery to a country in Europe that is not a member of the EU:
For delivery to a non-EU country (Switzerland, Lichtenstein, San Marino, Vatican, United Kingdom) we deduct the valid German VAT.
The corresponding costs are automatically displayed in the shopping cart.
However, it is likely that the respective country will charge import taxes and fees for which you are responsible. These costs will be charged to you by the shipping service provider.

Deliveries to Albania, Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Belarus Shipping costs on request.

Please note that the UK and the Swiss governments are charging administration costs, a presentation provision and import sales tax / VAT on the invoice total. You will receive a separate invoice from Swiss Post respectively Royal Mail for these amounts.

We always make every effort to ensure a fast and smooth delivery.

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the delivery time for national deliveries is a maximum of 3 days and for international deliveries, depending on the distance, a maximum of 14 days. If Sundays and public holidays fall within the delivery period, the delivery period shall be extended accordingly.

As soon as the parcel is on its way, we will send you your tracking number by e-mail so that you can track the arrival of your parcel online.

You can return the goods you have received within two weeks without giving any reason.
The easiest way to do this is to send a short e-mail to pet-interiors with the subject Return.
Please note: The goods can only be returned if they are in perfect condition. It is therefore very important that they are carefully packed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept packages sent freight collect.
The purchase price paid will be refunded within 3 working days of receipt of the goods at the latest.
